Return and Refund Policy

At Little Miss Mineral, we want you to love your purchase! That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders.


1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at littlemissmineral@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Important: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


4. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
