1. ORDER PROCESSING / HANDLING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME

Standard shipping transit time is 7–13 business days within the United States after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Total estimated delivery time (handling + transit): 8–15 business days from the date of order placement.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside the US and interested in our products, please contact us at littlemissmineral@gmail.com.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

1. Check with neighbors or other members of your household.
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
3. If the issue is not resolved within 3 business days, contact us at littlemissmineral@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist you.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

7. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at littlemissmineral@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at littlemissmineral@gmail.com — we can only make address changes before your order has been dispatched.
