1. RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days of the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.

2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.
- The product must not have been used or tampered with.
We do not accept returns on opened products due to the nature of dietary supplements and for the health and safety of all customers.

Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Do not send your item back before receiving return instructions from us.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item was received in a defective or damaged condition or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

5. RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 3 business days.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If your return is not approved (e.g., the product has been opened or does not meet our return conditions), we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at littlemissmineral@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging or incorrect item. We will cover the cost of return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund at your preference.

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
